We at Roots Play deliver the best in class products and services to our valuable customers. However, the shipping of the products is subjected to the following process:
1. Invoicing and Delivery Charges
1.1. As per the Indian Tax Regulations, all the products shall be shipped with a unique invoice number mentioning the product price.
1.2. In addition to the price of the product, customers shall be liable to pay delivery charges as per the area pin code published on our website.
1.3. The cost of shipping is calculated and displayed on the order status website and can also be found out from our Customer Care Centre.
1.4. It is OK Play’s endeavour to deliver your order as per the timelines. However, OK Play will not be responsible in case of any delays in delivery of your order.
2.1. The majority of our orders are shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 5-7 working days. Your order can be tracked by contacting our Customer Care Centre.
2.2. Our products are shipped on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Although we strive hard to deliver your order on time, due to a load with the courier, an estimated delay of 2-3 days might be expected. The availability of reliable courier partners in your location may decrease the delivery time.
2.3. We partner with only reputed courier agencies in order to ensure timely delivery of the products in good condition.
2.4. While we shall endeavour to ship all the products of your order together, this may not be possible due to product characteristics and availability of the products.
2.5. Please refuse to accept the delivery and immediately contact our Customer Care Centre if the product delivered is not in good condition, tampered with or damaged. We shall make our best efforts to ensure a replacement delivery at the earliest.
